Today's Outfit: Hot Summer Days

  • Tee (Urban Outfitters)
  • Skirt (CiCi)
  • Sandals (Kelsi Dagger)
  • Bag (vintage Coach)
  • Necklace (Filou)
  • Polish (L'Esprit by American Apparel)
I took a break from blogging for a few days this week to focus on work deadlines and enjoy the summer weather. It's amazing how time-consuming blogging can be. If you blog regularly and it's part of your routine, you don't realize how demanding it is until you stop and you have free time to do other things. I've been reading magazines, getting frozen yogurt with the boy, and walking along the waterfront and enjoying hot summer evenings. Work craziness aside, the downtime freed up by the hiatus was wonderful.

What have you been up to? Do you have any weekend plans?

  1. It's so great taking time for live this time! With this weather you can do a lot of things!! I love it!

This weekend I'll probably go to the fair to enjoy the last days of "amusement park" in the city and go to see some of a movie filming!

Hope you will have a great weekend as well!!!

  3. I have sandals similar to the ones you are wearing in this post. I am hoping to do a summer sandals post like you did sometime next week. Then you can see the sandals that I have.

I will be going to the Mississauga RibFest this weekend. Have yourself a great weekend.

  6. Yay! Your vintage bag arrived! I'm in love with it, such a great find! And are you kidding me with those sandals? They are so perfect. I wish I had more shoes with such adorable details.

I know what you mean about blogging being time consuming. With having to post a pic every day during this 30 for 30 challenge i've gotten really fast at taking pics and posting. Otherwise it takes far too long.
I'm glad you were able to take a break and live your life away from the computer haha.

Enjoy you weekend and the sun. Mike and I are considering either the beach or Granville island.

And thanks for the kind words about my eye xo.
