My Swimco.com Experience

Getting summer-ready with Swimco's new online shopping website. Seafolly top, Karen Walker sunnies, Dior Addict Fluid Stick, and Dior Vernis.

Full disclosure: I can't swim and I'm not exactly a beach bunny, so the last time I went swimsuit shopping was at least 5 years ago. But even the sun-and-surf-averse among us needs a cute bathing suit for the odd outdoor trip or hot tub dip, which is why I jumped at the chance to try out Swimco's new online shopping experience.

Ordering was a cinch with the easy-to-navigate website. I could sort swimsuits by style, colour, and body concern (hello, large bust). Because each brand fit a little differently, the sizing charts varied across labels. It was a small detail, but one I appreciated immensely as I was assured that the measurements were as precise as possible. Swimco also earned points for its wide variety of mix-and-match styles, affordable ground shipping, and order tracking service.

Sadly, the black bottoms that went with my aqua halter bikini top didn't fit, but it was also an opportunity for me to test-drive the convenient return service. After consulting the online return policy and the instructions in the parcel, I sealed everything up and dropped it off at my nearest Purolator location. The refund showed up on my credit card within 2 days.

Swimsuits are notoriously difficult to shop for, but Swimco's website truly made it a breeze. Thanks, Swimco!
