Chalk it up to my Lazy Girl approach to beauty or my almond-shaped Asian eyes, but I've always preferred a graphic swipe of liquid eyeliner to eyeshadow. And if the formula stays put and doesn't smudge, even better! Which brings me to the newly launched Diorshow On Stage Liner ($35), a liquid eyeliner that sounds like the answer to my prayers on paper. It boasts a waterproof formula that supposedly stays put for up to 24 hours, comes in a slew of fun colours, and features a precise felt tip capable of thin and thick lines. So how does it measure up IRL? Well...not great, to be honest.

Although I'm writing this post on a grey and rainy Sunday, there are already signs that spring is on its way. Daffodils are blooming and the days are getting longer and warmer. The air has been super dry in Vancouver lately with the heat cranked up indoors and the wintry air outdoors. Even the most emollient lip colours feel like too much pigment, not enough moisture on my chapped and peeling lips, which is why I've been reaching for tinted lip balms like Dior Addict Lip Glow ($41). My Minimalist Makeup Routine

Dior Fall 2016 New Launches

Gotta admit, I have a mild case of the back-to-reality blues after all the excitement of the wedding and mini-moon, but what better way to cushion the transition than by diving headfirst into Dior fall 2016 beauty? I've been itching to play with the new collection as soon as the nuptials were over, and for good reason. First, there's the limited edition Skyline collection for fall 2016, which is inspired by architecture and the interplay of shadow and light across the Parisian skyline. Product Review: Dior One Essential City Defense SPF 50

As if UVA/UVB rays and pollution weren't enough to contend with skincare-wise, did you know you should also be worried about High Energy Visible (HEV) light?
